Easy Pumpkin Tartlets

Happy Thanksgiving!



What you'll need:

  • 1 18oz can pumpkin pie filling
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1/4 cup brandy 
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 24 tart shells (or feel free to make your own)
Step One:

Preheat oven to 400oF. Combine pumpkin pie filling, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.

Step Two:

Beat in eggs, brandy and evaporated milk until just combined. 

Step Three

Pour the mixture into your tart shells. Fill the shells right to the brim. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and serve with whipped cream.
